Where is your jewelry made?

Ancona Fine Jewelry is a family-run jeweler in New York's Diamond District. Chains and custom pieces are cast, assembled, and finished in-house in our own workshop.

What karat gold do you offer?

Our gold pieces span 10K, 14K, and 18K solid gold. Not sure which is right for you? Read the Gold Karat Guide.

Do you take custom commissions?

Yes. We design and cast custom pieces in-house, from CAD to finished jewelry. Contact us to start the conversation.

What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted for items that arrive materially defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. Full details in our Return & Refund Policy.

How does shipping work?
