These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Ancona Fine Jewelry website and services (the “Services”). By visiting our site, placing an order, or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy and Return & Refund Policy.

Products and Services

We sell fine jewelry and precious-metal products, some of which are custom made or produced to order. Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for informational purposes and may contain minor variations inherent to jewelry production.

AI Jewelry Concierge, saved-device features, voice typing, and custom concepts

The optional AI Jewelry Concierge provides automated shopping guidance, comparison explanations, general styling information, and inspirational custom-jewelry concepts. AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular use. It is not an appraisal, grading report, certification, gemological opinion, exact-fit guarantee, CAD drawing, engineering specification, price quote, inventory commitment, delivery promise, warranty, or agreement to manufacture.

Saved Pieces, Compare, Recently Viewed, session preferences, and concept references are convenience features stored in the customer's browser as described in the Privacy Policy. They are not a customer account, inventory reservation, price lock, or permanent record. Customers are responsible for clearing a shared device and for retaining any concept image or brief they want to keep.

Before purchasing, you must review the current Shopify product page and selected variant. Ask Ancona to confirm important dimensions, weight, materials, stone origin or grading, chain-and-pendant compatibility, sizing, availability, pricing, delivery, and customization details. The Concierge does not automatically add an item to the cart, place an order, or submit a contact or custom-design inquiry. Each action requires a separate customer choice, and checkout remains in Shopify.

A generated concept is an inspirational rendering only. It does not become a custom order or manufacturing commitment unless Ancona separately reviews feasibility and the parties agree to final specifications, materials, dimensions, stone selection, timing, price, and payment terms. Voice typing and read-aloud depend on capabilities supplied by the customer's browser or device and may be unavailable or governed by that provider's terms.

You may use concept output for your own consultation with Ancona, but you must not use the feature to infringe another person's intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights, or for an unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or harmful purpose. AI output may not be unique, and similar concepts or output may be generated for other users.

Pricing and Availability

All prices are listed in the applicable currency and are subject to change without notice. Pricing for precious-metal items is based on market conditions at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without liability.

Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and that all payment information provided is accurate. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit orders at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or unauthorized activity.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon confirmed delivery by the carrier, subject to any applicable law. Please review our Shipping Policy for additional details.

Returns and Refunds

All returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed exclusively by our Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Returns are accepted only for items that arrive materially defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect, and must follow the procedures and timelines set forth in that policy.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, images, logos, designs, product names, and graphics, is the property of Ancona Fine Jewelry or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written permission.

User Conduct

You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Services. Any misuse of the site may result in termination of access.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Except as expressly stated, the Services and products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except where prohibited by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ancona Fine Jewelry shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services or purchase of products.
