Refund policy
We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our fine jewelry. Returns, refunds, and standard exchanges are not offered for non-defective reasons, including buyer’s remorse, preference changes, size or fit issues, or precious-metal market fluctuations. We accept return requests only for items that arrive materially defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect.
How to request a return: Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact edmond@anconajewelry.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs (including packaging, if applicable). If your request is approved, we will issue a Return Authorization (RA) and provide return instructions by email. Returns sent without an RA may not be accepted.
Return method and timing: Approved returns are accepted by mail only. For eligible approved claims, we will provide a return shipping label by email at no cost. Approved returns must be postmarked within 7 days of RA issuance and securely packaged.
Condition of approved returns: Items must be returned unworn, unused, unaltered, and in the same condition as received, including all original packaging, tags, certificates, and documentation. If damage occurred during transit, please retain all packaging materials for review.
Inspection and resolution: Once the item is received and inspected, we may, at our discretion, repair the item or replace it with the same item. If repair or replacement is not available, a refund of the purchase price will be issued to the original payment method.
Refund timing and fees: Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days after inspection. Financial institutions may require additional time to post the credit. Except where required by law, original shipping charges, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
Final-sale categories: The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund for non-defective reasons: custom or made-to-order pieces; engraved or personalized items; resized, altered, or repaired items; special orders; sale or discounted items; bullion, coins, bars, or investment metals; and earrings (for hygiene reasons).
Not considered defects: Minor variations in craftsmanship, metal weight, dimensions, color, finish, or stone characteristics are inherent to jewelry production and do not constitute defects.
Local law: This policy does not limit any rights that may apply under applicable local law.
