Shipping policy
We process and ship orders with care to ensure secure delivery of fine jewelry and precious-metal items.
Order Processing:
Orders are processed after payment is confirmed. Processing times may vary depending on the item purchased. Custom, made-to-order, or special-order items require additional production time, which will be communicated at or after purchase. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times:
Shipping options, estimated delivery times, and costs are displayed at checkout. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control may affect delivery times.
Shipping Confirmation and Tracking:
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Carrier tracking and delivery confirmation are used to verify shipment and delivery.
Risk of Loss and Delivery Issues:
Responsibility for the order transfers to the customer once the carrier confirms delivery. If you experience a delivery issue (such as a missing or damaged package), please contact edmond@anconajewelry.com promptly so we can assist with available options, including initiating a carrier inquiry when applicable.
Incorrect Address:
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders shipped to an address provided incorrectly by the customer may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
International Shipping:
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost unless explicitly stated at checkout.
Shipping and Returns:
Shipping charges are non-refundable except where required by law. All returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
