Jewelry Care Guide

Fine jewelry is made to last — a few simple habits keep it looking its best for decades.

Daily Wear

Put jewelry on last, after lotions, perfume, and hairspray. Remove pieces before swimming, showering, workouts, and sleep.

Cleaning

Wipe gold and silver gently with a soft, dry jewelry cloth after wear. For a deeper clean, use mild soap and lukewarm water with a soft brush, then dry completely.

Storage

Store each piece separately in a soft pouch or lined box to prevent scratching and tangling. Keep silver in a dry place to slow tarnish.

Chains

Clasp chains closed before storing to avoid knots. Check clasps and links periodically — if anything feels loose, stop wearing it and have it checked.

Diamonds and Stones

Diamonds attract oils — a quick clean restores their fire. Check settings and prongs from time to time, especially on daily-wear rings and studs.
